How to respond to the findings of an investigation into workplace bullying

All documentation relating to an investigation into workplace bullying, including the final report, should be kept in a secure place. Such material is required if disciplinary action is involved, or if further breaches occur, or if legal or statutory action results.

If bullying is proven, a complainant should not have to work with the bully again.

No proven bully should gain from the experience. If your chosen option is to transfer or shift the bully to another job, s/he should not be moved to a better job. What kind of demotivating message would that send to other employees? …
