How to get rid of your bad habits

2. Here's an idea
Having isolated the habit you wish to eliminate, it should become a focus of your attention each day.
This approach will help:
- Set aside 5-10 minutes each morning to plan what steps you’ll be taking that day to combat the weakness.
- Set aside 5 minutes at lunch time to review your progress that day.
- Re-evaluate your progress at the end of the day.
Do this for 3-4 weeks and, with persistence and effort, you should have all but conquered your unwanted behaviour.
