For this reason he put aside the negative things in his life, scheduling his ‘worry time’ for one special period each week, say Tuesdays at 4.00 p.m. He found that, by the time Tuesday came around, 90 per cent of the things he was going to worry about had solved themselves. You’ll also find that it’s a smart way of freeing yourself up to relax and to get on with business.
